Thanks so much for checking in to our ‘Clearing the Imprints of Slavery’ blog. We are Kay Wesley, Isabella Wesley-Leonce and Bruno Wesley-Leonce, a happy little family living in St Lucia. We have been guided by spirit to do certain energy work here in the Caribbean to heal the imprint of slavery, and it feels important to share the journey of this project with you.
This imprint is so strong in St Lucia, and no doubt all around the world, but as we live here, this is where most of our work is being done. Kay is Australian born and moved to St Lucia (upon guidance) around 2 years ago, met Bruno who is a native St Lucian, fell in love and then along came gorgeous baby Isabella…. a real little healer!
We’re a bit of a mix culturally. Bruno is 4th generation St Lucian. Prior to that generation there was a Scottish slave master and an African who created Bruno’s particular St Lucian family lineage. Kay is 3rd generation Australian with English, Irish and Scottish ancestors. And Isabella is of course a mix of all of that. We represent both sides of the coin when it comes to slavery in terms of nationality but of course we can all relate to the energy of slavery in some way, no matter where we come from and no matter where or how we live.
We hope that by sharing this journey with you, you feel inspired in some way. We hope that by sharing the journey, you receive healing of any slavery imprints held by you. Whatever you receive from this work, we’re happy!
And of course we hope that the work creates deep shifts for many, and has a ripple effect back through generations, forward through generations and through societies.
May the ripples flow far, wide and deep!

A little more about Kay & Bruno…
Bruno Wesley-Leonce – Certified Pier Counsellor ” Born and raised in Gros Islet, St Lucia, I have experienced many traumas in life, particularly in childhood. I am a recovered addict, have spent time in prison, and now am in a place where I can help others to heal. I’m excited about the opportunities we have in this moment to bring about change, the opportunity to use my life’s experiences to help others. I am particularly passionate about helping children so that they don’t carry their burdens through to their teen and adult years. In my experience of living in St Lucia, and particularly in Gros Islet, I have seen the pain of the children, I’ve experiences it myself and would like to help the children of St Lucia by as siting to change the patterns that bring about such pain and trauma. I also love working with nature and animals. In my youth I was a member of the Cathedral Scouts, I was an altar boy at St Joseph The Worker church in Gros Islet. In my teens I represented St Lucia’s national under 16 football team, under the name Bruno Inglis. This experience taught me the importance of discipline, team work and the joy of doing what you love. We St Lucians say that we are free, but we still carry the burden of slavery and on so many levels are still slaves. We need to free ourselves and our children. By undertaking this journey of ‘Healing the Imprints of Slavery’, I have been effected on some levels that I cannot understand. I have felt the pain, I felt the tension, I felt the trauma… I also felt the changes to and the gratitude of so many, and can still feel it so deeply. It has helped me to see the effects that slavery has had on me as an individual but also on others… physically, mentally and spiritually. It helped me to see how this pattern, the yelling, the beating, the fear is still today inflicted on our children, as it was inflicted on all of us. I know that this work, although not complete, has had a positive effect on all. I also know that it has had a hugely positive effect on me as an individual… I feel renewed, I feel at peace, I feel happy, I feel joy that I’ve never felt before, I experience self-love and I wish all of this for everyone! “ |
Kay Wesley – DSH, MLC Hom, Advanced CEASE Therapist, Food As Medicine, Bachelor of Business (Marketing & International Marketing major). ” I absolutely love to help people to shine and am thrilled to be living in St Lucia and particularly helping ‘Lucians’ to shine, to be themselves at their very best. Helping individuals to heal physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. I love working with people of all ages. As each person heals, it has an effect on those around them, the healing domino effect is so powerful! I get a huge kick out of helping children, helping these precious beings to be confident, to feel loved, to open their horizons to a bright future on all levels, to set them free from any ancestral and societal conditioning that might hold them back. I combine the tools of Homeopathy, energy healing, food as medicine, Advanced CEASE therapy, Coaching, and a whole lot of other skills and life experiences to help each individual to be the very best they can be, by healing anything that might get in their way, anything that might stop them from truly being themselves and shining their light! I’m also passionate about social change, the health of social groups and of the planet and love to get involved in local projects that effect the whole, wether that be community enterprises, community empowerment, recycling programs, education. Nothing makes me happier facilitating than deep positive change on every level. The journey we have taken on ‘Healing the Imprints of Slavery’ has been an unplanned and unexpected journey. We had great plans (and they still are great) to create charities here to bring about social change, but of course unbeknown to us, some work needed to be done on the ‘unseen’ level first, to open some doors, to pave the way for change to take place on the physical level. And we’re already seeing the effects of this work, which is so rewarding!!!! “ www.harahealing.co … to read more about Kay and her work internationally as a healer. www.returntokaya.com … to read more about Kay and Bruno and our work in St Lucia. |
A note about our images…
We are careful not to take photographs of the places we visit to do this work until after the particular ceremony or healing has taken place, we are also careful not to use old images of slavery. This is because we don’t want to use images that represent the ‘old’ energy. We use images that represent the new, clear energy because that is what we would like everyone to focus on, and it will further help to bring shifts in a positive way ;).
